These brushes are awesome for cleaning reusable straws as well as my grandson ‘s bottles and sippy cups. Actually, they’re great for cleaning any kitchenware with a nook or a cranny. I run them thru the dishwasher occasionally to sanitize. Set holds up well. -Elaine D.

Now I can better swish out the insides my small, narrow-necked bottles! The bristles and rods are not sturdy enough to remove dried on debris without soaking in hot, soapy water, etc.

These are wonderful. So many sizes to get into different sizes of cracks and cranny's when you are cleaning. I use at least one to three every time I need to wash the dishes.

This is an amazing precision brush set. I use these to clean out my hummingbird feeders, among other things. They can be manipulated to hold whatever shape you need.Only con is that the very tip of the brush is bald. It has no bristles. Still, a great buy for the price and very functional.

Needed to replace my old Nylon brush I got at a trade show. Got exactly what I was expecting and in different sizes too so I can use it on more items.

Man I have been looking for brushes like these for YEARS! I've always attempted to use a stick and a sponge or something like that. It is not for long/tall things. But with my long straw, I just insert the brush from each end and it works perfectly! I highly recommend this. Also seems well made.

Even though brushes come in different sets, all of them are too soft to use for any cleaning besides simple rinsing. in addition, the wire handle is extremely thin and soft, so it bends under any but the gentlest pressure. Probably the only things you can use smaller brushes for are straws. Larger brushes are good for ...dusting? (I tried to clean a small hummingbird feeder with the largest brush, and gave up - the brush bent as soon as I touched glass wall of the feeder with it, thus rendering the brush completely useless).I gave the item 4 starts because, even though it did not suit my needs, some people might like it - soft brush handles not being a defect, but intentional feature.

This is my second purchase of this brush set and I'm sure I'll be getting more (not because they wear out, but because I like having in different places around the house and garage for easy access). Great to have so many sizes in one set. I use them to clean bottles, straws, thin necked vases, Kongs and other dog treat holders, and for hummingbird feeders. I even use them 'dry' to remove dust and other debris from small crevices - like computer keyboards. Nice that the twisted wire arms are good length and somewhat flexible for maneuvering in tight places.

Use this for a water pipe, and it works brilliantly. It helped with reducing the amount of cleaner used. With just about 20 mL of isopropyl used, I cleaned this as well as the conventional iso+salt cleaning method. Normally I would use about 100-150 mL of isopropyl with the iso+salt method. This also worked extremely well with downstems and bowls, making them the hardest part of cleaning to the easiest. A little bit of twisting action while scrubbing through the downstem will break up any tobacco/herbal tar that can build up.

I really like the variety of brush sizes that are convienently attached at the base ring. I haven't come across that anywhere else. Why I gave it 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is because the rod is so dang bend-y that for many cleaning jobs you have to hold the brush at the head (of the brush) to really use it to scrub (like my kids' water bottle spouts.)
