About this item

  • Exhaust Back Pressure Test: This gauge easy to to test pre and post catalytic converter back pressures, check exhaust for clearance issues, helps identify restricted exhaust and melted cat converters. no guessing about plugged exhaust.Removed O2 sensor and screw gauge and adapter into sensor hole. Started truck, accelerate the engine to 2500r/min, if gauge read less than13.8 Kpa pressure, showing no blockage.if greater than 13.8 Kpa, means have blockage
  • Check Fuel Pump Pressure: This vacuum gauge could checking fuel pump delivery pressure, only mechanical fuel pump systems, not to be used to check fuel pressure on electric fuel pump systems, verify fuel mixture settings were correct, found the vacuum leaks, tuned the carb, got a good idle speed
  • Check Manifold Vacuum: Use this vacuum gauge measure the manifold vacuum pressure, helped you troubleshoot the system and find the failed component. Start the engine and warm up the engine temperature to between 75-85 degrees, turn off the engine, connect vacuum gauge, Started let the engine run in idling conditions, and ensure the speed is around 850r/min, if guage read less than 53Kpa, indicates that the system has a leak
  • Digital Display Gauge: Our vacuum gauge is digital display, the unit is Kpa and mbar, you can switch between two units, digital dial will more direct and accurate show pressure than needle, and rubber cover protect in sueface, this tool not come with battery
  • Complete Kit: This kit have 7pc different brass cone, and 4pc different plastic cone, and 2pc different adapters, so you can connect different part, make this vacuum gauge multifunction, the hose 48 inches, all the tools put in a plastic case, easy to storage

I used it for the first time and the gauge doesn't read properly it also doesn't read PSI. Don't waste your money.

All things considered, for $40 you get a nice variety of adapters and an accurate and very sensitive pressure gauge.Disregard the negative reviews...-No it doesn't come with instructions, but if you purchased this tool, I would hope that your half way mechanically inclined.-No, I probably wouldn't use the supplied vacuum hose to test the exhaust system, I would use something a bit stronger.

first off there battery compartment is confusing with placement for two triple A batteries with no indication of what direction they go (+)(-) there is only one spring for the negative side of one battery i tried it multiple directions would not turn on so chalking it up to doesn't work

Clearly says in really small print bluetooth connection on the front panel but, according to the seller no bluetooth Why? These days one of the main advantages of a digital instrument is the ability to convert into several different measurements not a feature they included on this one. No manual is available. the case and adapters look ok but, I don't want to have to do conversions to make the measurements make sense to me.

The oxygen sensor adapter has rubber o-rings which melt. And I compared readings from this device with another known calibrated mechanics shop, it was not consistent or accurate. I would not recommend buying. The case it came with is nice, so it will look good sitting on my shelf as I never use it again.
