Pretty easy to assemble, only thing I had to undo and retry was the leg rest which was easy to redo. Really comfy chair, love the back support, can instantly feel relief there compared to my old gaming chair. Looks sleek too :)

I received this chair and was so excited up until I found out one of the parts are rusty. The material is just dirty. I still assembled it and it wasn’t too bad. The rust is really peeving me though.

I received a cushion that looked yellowed and somewhat dirty/used or just left out for too long. After reaching out to the team I was told they could not replace it for me because of a warehouse shortage, and offered me a partial refund instead. I tried to get it replaced but was frustrated with the process at that point and had been using an awful chair that needed to be replaced, so I accepted.One of the armrests also had red tape around the packaging, which makes me wonder why, or if it's not meant to be used.The chair is decent and I was able to assemble it without issues, but it doesn't make sense to me that they couldn't replace the dirty cushion for me.
