This was a gift for my daughter for her apartment balcony and she loves it.Arrived in two parts but seller was in communication assuring the second part would arrive( reason for 4 star)Both parts should have arrived together

I would recommend a thicker cushion pad which I'm searching to find. The seating pads are thin making is hard to get comfortable seating.

Slat broke after a few months with just sitting down casually, the cushion covers shred in the wash. Arm rest extension Functionality was kinda neat when it worked, but it could not support someone’s weight, solely an ottoman

for sun room, fits perfectly. a small room needed small furniture, and it's harder to find these days, everything super sized. Comfortable, attractive, easy on the eye. Add a decorative quilt or throw blanket over the back and it looked super. Great feature: side arms that drop down. Only thing I would change: learned it doesn't hold much weight, according to instructions, just 250 lbs. So it could be built for, say, 350 pounds, which would be more reasonable. It's used indoors in sunroom, so no need to test water resistance.

I was unaware that the product came in two boxes so have a bit of patience when ordering. Once everything arrived I was able to quickly assemble everything. It’s absolutely perfect for my apartment patio. I will be adding an additional coat of weather protection to the wood to prevent damage.
