My Ford 5.4 would warp/crack exhaust manifolds every two years because of the terrible Ford design. These were the most expensive replacement manifolds I could find that I bought hoping they would last. I didn't get to run them long enough to see if they lasted any better than the cheaper ones, but in the time I had them they sealed up and didn't crack. So far so good.

The Ceramic Version looks way better than stock. It looks better than the standard doorman replacement. The finish and internal casting looks smooth. The ceramic coating seems to be thick... very nice! The only improvement would be to include stainless steel studes and nuts and better gaskets. I purchased a replacement stainless steel doorman studs and nuts and mahle gaskets to replace the ones that came with this kit.

Manifold worked well. Install was an ordeal. 16 hours fighting with broken studs. Use a wire welder and lots of patience to remove studs.

Very good part plus the black powder coating is a nice option will see if it will last in time, I did not use the studs included I bought the dorman 03412 stainless steel stud version because you never want to go back in there to change a broken stud, stainless steel is the way to go,it is a pain job to do but doable and you will be satisfied with the result,good luck.

Manifold looks and fit nice, gasket came in the box bent. Also, buy the stainless steel studs and nuts I wouldn’t use the steel ones included in this kit. Overall worth the price!

Replaced cracked factory manifold with this. Fit & finish is good. Gaskets were slightly damaged from the manifold moving in the box during shipping. I was able to straighten the gaskets for use. Hopefully this manifold holds up and won't need to be replaced.

Perfect fit for my 07 F150. Can't beat the price, the studs and the nuts were more. After drilling for days, finally had to weld some nuts on the broken studs. Only way to go. This was a huge relief to get it done cheap.Came quick and had the gaskets and y pipe bolts. Had it on for a couple months, still quiet. Only complaint is that it would be better if it had a heat shield on it, at least for the passenger side.
