I wasn’t sure how well this product was going to work so I only ordered one set. These are great! I cut them to size and they fit perfectly. They are super sturdy. I will be buying more for the rest of my cabinets.

I’m glad I got these! I have a cabinet where I store all my mixing bowls and measuring cups and I have a VERY heavy 3 piece nesting Fiestaware set that is too heavy to really lift. I essentially have to drag it out of the cabinet and the bowls have a rough bottom, which has nicked up the cabinet edge. There have been times when I’d reach into the cabinet and accidentally graze my hand on the cabinet edge and get a splinter in my hand or finger, and sometimes it would be a much larger wood shard. Ouch!!!! I got tired of dealing with this and decided to look for something to put on the edge to prevent any more damage. This plastic guard is a perfect fit and it’s not going to jostle around as I remove bowls, plus it’s nice and thick and doesn’t interfere with the doors closing. It’s also undetectable with the doors closed. The biggest selling point for me was that this product is made in the USA. That is what made me choose this product over the other similar ones on Amazon.

I am so amazed I found these. I was scrolling through a social media site and accidentally clicked on an Amazon add for this product and almost went back when I realized what was being offered. I was just thinking I needed to do something to protect my cabinets from me! I got all new cabinets 3 years ago and have put some dents and chips in some as I put coffee mugs away to quickly and scratches from sliding cooks sheets in and out, etc. These slide over the lip of the lower shelf/frame and protect it from this type of damage. They were easy to cut to size; I used a scissor. I actually touched up the paint on the damaged ones first. I covered the damaged ones and a couple others as a precaution. I’m going to order more and do my pantry next. Wow, so glad I had a heavy finger as I was scrolling on that other site! These things are perfect! I needed them for sure and didn’t even know that I did.

Tight fit. Take your time when setting in place. I used a small carpenter square to mark the edging with a pencil. This gave me perfect perpendicular lines to follow. Although the instructions called for using scissors for cutting I found using a sturdy razor knife worked well. The instructions state to "cut with scissors all the way through" I cut each "leg" then bent the edging which separated neatly. This eliminated the necessity of cutting the longest side and increasing the chance of a visible error. Our cabinets are painted. They have two coats of a commercial catalytic paint over two coats of a commercial catalytic base. So the tightness I experienced may be somewhat due to the resulting thickness. However this paint easily endured the strong effort required to force the material into place. So be careful as a less durable finish might not fare as well.I also found I could use the edging to protect the bottom edges of the cabinet's sides. They are thinner at 1/2" so I pinned it in place with brads. Drill and attach by hand. Avoid using a gun. It's too easy for the brad to disastrously exit the side. Avoid using adhesives as having to remove it later would prove a chore. The thickness of the edging does make the doors a bit proud but this is mostly unnoticeable. The edging is visible below the doors. We used clear because the cabinets faces are still in excellent shape so there was nothing needing concealing. We considered white but an exact color match was unlikely. Just like paint and clothing if the pieces (colors) don't come from the same bolt or can then go with contrasting. Two packs were required but measure and order what you need. Remember there will be waste so compute accordingly. One star deducted due to unnecessary tightness.

I love this. On the trash cabinet looks almost invisible. Placed the shorter side facing out so is less noticeable but it can go either way. On the upper cabinets this is the first thing that i have found that works because of the shorter sleeve or side. Easy to cut. To install a little pressing it down almost like hammering it down with your “HANDS” extremely happy as my kitchen is only 6 months old and already was showing wear on those areas

I purchased a set after reading other positive reviews. My experience is completely different. After a recent remodel I wanted to protect my new cabinets. These looked like a good solution. My cabinets are the standard 3/4 width. These are made of inflexible plastic. The opening is only 5/8ths with the idea that it will bend and then hug the edge. Because of their stiffness they pop off before you can put them in place. They definitely are not easy to mount. I can not recommend them.

I have newly painted kitchen cabinets but found on the most used cabinets there were nicks appearing on the edges of the cabinet and drawers. These guards easily cut and fit using them with the two different sides exposed depending on the coverage needed and/or the best fit. Going to recommend to neighbors with similar issue with cabinets
