This kit has a nice selection of training and dog care items for the price. My son is working on training our dogs, and he really likes the treat pouch and clicker in particular. The clicker is more solid than the ones we got from a bulk multipack, and the pouch is easy to open and close one handed. The other items, like waste bags, are standard quality and good to have, or even just to have as extras. I also really like the large pouch everything goes into; It seems durable and is very functional. For the price I think it is a very good buy.

I ordered this set primarily for the large capacity treat bag. I really like that one as it has lots of room, a good belt clip and is easy to use, even with one hand. I usually walk two dogs at a time, sometimes three, so this is pretty important to me. The bag also has a small zippered compartment for backup wipes and poop bags. There is a second, smaller treat container in the set, which may be nice for some people. It is made of silicone, so holds its shape more than the larger bag and is water and dirt resistant. I may use this more when the rainy season starts again here, but the capacity is much smaller and I don't find it as easy to use with one hand. The poop bag holder and clicker seem nice, but it is not something I use, so I cannot comment on them properly. The whistle in the set is junk and doesn't work at all. No big deal for me, as I do not use a whistle for my dogs, but keep that in mind when you order. The folding water bowl is excellent, however, and we use it all the time. So all in all, this is a useful and complete set, well worth the price. 4-5 stars, depending on your priorities.

This dog training kit contains most of the popular items for a fair price. Like most such kits there are quality trade offs in order to hit a price point, so don't expect the best of the best. For my needs this kit has worked.

PRODUCT/THOUGHTS:-This kit has everything and is great when training a puppy, but many useful items are included, even if you have an adult dog. The poop bags and holder is a must for walks.-The carrier has a thin plastic clip (this could be stronger). The bottle of the container is not easy to open, which will prevent you from losing the bottom. A fist-sized silicone collapsible container bowl is great for walks, hiking, or car rides. Fill with water or food, easy to clip onto a backpack or fanny pack (metal clip included).-A training whistle is included with a neckstring. No instructions are included on how to use it. The listing says the end can be adjusted to change the sound. The sound to the human ear is very minimal. The dog did lift its ear but did not show much change in behavior. A plastic clicker is included for training and this has a stretchable cord and metal clip (again no instructions included on how to use it).- A silicone clip pouch is included. This stays closed by one magnet. Don't overfill or it will gap! To hold everything, a small waterproof fanny pack is included with an outside clip, 3 compartments (2 waterproof and a waist strap. Please note that the strap extends only to about 41 inches (including both plastic end clips). If your waist is larger, you won't be able to use the strap. Overall, this kit has a lot of great items, but no information is included on how to use the whistle or clicker, which is frustrating, especially if you have never used it before.

Each of the products are functional and some, but not all seem durable. To be specific: 1. The whistle is fully functional and pitch adjustable. The strap is long so it can fit many styles of wear. 2. The clicker is exactly the type, sound and quality that one would expect of a training tool. Black is the most popular color so this would sell well on its own. 3. The collapsible cup has a relatively weak metal (probably plastic) click and the silicone material of the bowl has a slightly cheaper feel to it like it could break down easily if exposed to the sun. 4. The training treat carry bag is large. It could fit a wide variety of treats and has some versatility in how it can be worn. It has a cinch closure to contain the treats. A belt clip or strap are both included. The poop bag dispenser on my bag was not punched through the layer of fabric so it wasn’t usable right out of the package but I suppose this could be a good thing if you didn’t want this feature in your bag. You’d have the option not to poke the hole. 5. The silicone treat dispensing bag uses a squeeze open method to retrieve the treats with a magnetic closure. This would keep your treats securely in place as the container would never be accidentally left open. Its silicone is much more durable than the collapsible cup but you only have a belt clip option. It would be easier to clean than the larger fabric style. As a whole package, this would suffice as your first puppy trainer but don’t expect it all to hold up for the long haul, except maybe the clicker and the whistle.

I used the heck out of the two pouches for a while. The rubber one is good in that it clips on super easily and the little magnet is strong enough to close the pouch but not too strong to make it hard to get into. The clothe pouch is like a dog treat purse, and works well too.The clicker has a very audible sound, and my pup loves to hear me click it (because treats!).I don't use the whistle, it's super quiet and Onyx doesn't even turn his head when I use it
