these would be really great gloves except there's like an extra half-inch or more space over the thumb - you'd think that people who made gloves would understand human anatomy. it makes the gloves harder to use and a little uncomfortable. who the hell designed this thing?

I placed my bet on the Dockers brand when I bought them, and I have not been disappointed. They were a little snug at first, but after a week or so they fit perfectly.

Like any good leather gloves, conforming well to my hands takes a while. This pair is made of goatskin with a fleecy lining. We've only been together for about a week, so they are still somewhat stiff. I'm adopting a wait-and-see attitude.This is the second pair of Dockers gloves I've owned. The first pair was lined with Thinsulate. The first pair fit exceptionally well after breaking in but were not especially warm in temps below freezing. That's why I chose the fleecy lining this time.These gloves are warm but fit quite snuggly on my fingers. That may change after they've been worn a while and broken in.The leather looks good, feels good, and smells good. (I grew up in a leather industry town filled with tanneries and glove shops. The look and feel of leather, not to mention the aroma, is ingrained in my DNA.)My only gripe with these gloves is that the fingers are a bit long, especially the thumb. I don't believe I have disproportional hands, and have never had gloves with such long fingers. That said, it makes the touchscreen sensitivity a non-starter for me. Doesn't matter, I don't need such constant attachment to my phone anyway.I'll update this after some time passes and we know if things are going to work out with the gloves.

My husband was looking for some good winter gloves and I recommended leather after having a great experience with mine. He loves these gloves because they are the only gloves that have been able to keep his hands warm and dry. He's also tried other leather gloves in store prior to me purchasing these for him and they didn't have a great selection of sizes unlike this brand/type. He feels these had the best fit.

Most gloves I had all had similar issues (I promise it's my hands not the gloves). My hands are warm but my fingers feel cold. Not with these. My hands and fingers stay warm in these while I'm still able to easily grab and hold things. They fit perfectly with not too much room and the end of the finger part.

I have large hands and long thin fingers. I ordered XL and they fit perfectly. The leather feels good and the look is very nice. They will only be worn occasionally, so I have no doubt they will hold up nicely. Over the years I have bought many Dockers products: Leather coat, pants shoes, etc. Always been very pleased with their first-class products.
