Very love the gloves but the jacket does not just does not heat up all the way it only heats up the neck part I will be asking for a refund

The picture shows huge heating pad from the top of the back all the way down. The actual jacket has 3 TINY heating pack at the very top of the back. I specifically picked this one because it had the whole back covered in heat. Very disappointed.

I like the fact that you can wear this jacket even without using the warming device. It looks just like a regular jacket. This was a gift for my husband and he loves it! Great value for the money.

I can't get enough of heated apparel, and I just can't go back to bulky layering and a bulky winter coat. This unisex heated jacket comes with a battery and can be controlled through an app, making it a convenient choice for staying warm in chilly conditions.I use the app sparingly as the button on the vest is all I need to use it. You can change the heat setting for 3 individual zones, though oftentimes I have to do this awkward looking down at my jacket thing to see what I'm changing. You should get the hang of it after a couple of times of wearing it, so no worries there. I also like the thick fabric of the jacket, which reminds me of waterproof jackets, though I'm not sure how waterproof the jacket is.

Love this coat for snow blowing and ice fishing. It really makes a huge difference, especially if you’re spending several hours outside. Battery life is good. Fit is great. Really an awesome jacket. Borderline life changing in the cold!
