Using this on a prusik cord on a boat in saltwater. Has been flawless. The locksafe latches take some getting used to.

This became my favorite carabiner instantly! It’s the perfect size for 80% of the things I do with DRT tree climbing. I’ve switched to this style except where specific shapes are best such as pear or H style. The quality is very nice and I love the sound when the gate clicks shut. Just a little personal tidbit that I like. Totally recommend.

For climbing, I like the shorter profile of this carabiner as compared to standard sized biners.

I like the small size of this. I was a little concerned because I usually use the larger o’s and d’s for tree climbing but this worked well with a hitch climber gulley and prusik just fine.

Very compact and a nice choice for simple connections. A little too compact if using a Hitch Climber Pulley with a 10mm eye to prusik. I originally bought them for attaching Pinto pulleys, but I discovered the sides are more compressed by the Perfecto than the Ultimate O (see picture). I contemplated using them with one of the Pinto spacers, but I could also feel things bind up when I slid the Pinto around to the other end of the Perfecto (second photo shows location).

I have several DMM carabiners and the PerfectO is the same quality and strength - just in a smaller size.Great to go minimalist.
