I contacted the seller when I found dead pixels on the controller's screen (hard to see them all in the photo). Very minimal compensation was offered. I declined the small offer. Since I'm well within the return date, I initiated a return. The return label was a letterhead where it only shows the return address, no paid postage. I was forced to contacted Amazon, they asked the seller to provide a paid postage return label. Seller does not follow good business practices.

This drone is AMAZING! The camera quality, movement, controller, durability, EVERYTHING about this drone is top notch. Earlier today I was being stupid and not paying attention and clipped a tree branch and fell about 30 feet out of the sky and hit multiple branches on the way down, and the drone ended up being perfectly fine, it was scuffed up a little but all the scuffs wiped right off with a paper towel, all I had to do was pop the one leg back into place. I was already really impressed with it but after I wrecked it and saw that it was just fine, I am now over the moon with this drone. If you are thinking about buying it, just go for it, you will not regret it!

Bought this drone to capture footage and pictures during our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! The compact design, build, and quality allowed for ease of use and lightweight packing. Quality of the pictures and videos are great! Definitely worth its value. Would recommend for those who want to upgrade an older drone or even those who are curious and want to "try it out". This drone is user friendly and high quality!
