The side effect of carrying a Stanley cup everywhere is getting way too familiar with public bathrooms—and what I’ve seen gives me nightmares! I’d much rather be prepared with my own solution when a clean option isn’t available, so I grabbed these for my emergency car kit. They fold super flat since they’re just a plastic bag with an absorbent sheet inside, which makes them easy to store. The best part is the rim—it’s shaped like a cone, making sure everything goes where it’s supposed to. I haven’t had to use one yet, but I’m so relieved to have them on hand!

These are handy items to have on a trip. Women will want to practice with one in the shower. Basically these are heavy duty ziploc bags with a soft foam guide on top. Inside the bag there is a sheet that turns the liquid into a gel. it is the same type of sheet used with bedside commodes and camp toilets. They are very easy for males to use. Women will need to line the soft foam up against their body and carefully aim into the bag. It works best for people who have a nice stream and not drips. Putting newspaper or piece of cardboard under you will help in case you miss the bag.

Why would you NOT have a few of these in your car in case of emergency? I can think of several road trips where I would have LOVED to have these on hand, and in particular that certain friend who constantly is having to stop for bathroom breaks.They come individually wrapped and perfectly sized for a glove-box or other compartment in your car.They hold a lot of liquid and have a zip-lock type seat at the top. There is a little spout type attachment at the top to ensure that splashes just end up in the bag. The material is sturdy enough that I don't worry about punctures either.Yes I did test this, at home, instead of using the toilet and it was easy, mess free and convinced me that while this could be purchased as a joke for some people it's also got real value! Think camping in a tent, when it's cold outside, or rainy...these are going to be invaluable. The opening is wide enough that a tissue can be dropped inside the bag after you've cleaned up, and sealed up with the rest. Just drop in a waste can and carry on!

I dropped one star because I haven't had the opportunity to use them yet (we camp in the summer) but these look like just the thing to pair with a lady funnel for peeing outdoors. But seems like it will work just fine in a pinch. *Lady pee funnel not included.

Now you may think these are silly but when you really need to go, and I mean REALLY need to go, you will be glad you have some with you.I had thought ahead and bought some similar bags online and had some in the glove box in the car when traffic on the freeway just stopped due to an accident somewhere up ahead. After sitting there for forty five minutes or so, I really had to urinate. I had bought a 44oz Big Gulp when we last stopped and it wanted out. I rummaged through the glove box and found several of the little urinal bags. Warning my wife, I opened the car door and stood with the car door blocking the view and put the little bag to work. As it was almost full I could tell I wasn't done so my wife quickly grabbed the Big Gulp cap and ripped the lid off and in there went the rest. Those bags were only 700ml. These are 900ml!So these better bags have more capacity and you just close them when done and they gel up inside so you can just throw them in the trash later.Price wise these larger capacity bags are around a dollar apiece but right now there is a 40% off coupon available.If something similar happens to you, you will be glad you have some of these bags with you. Another driver came over and asked if I had any more of "those". I gave him one for his wife and the drink cup for him. He would have paid twenty bucks for one. He was as desperate as I was. Be prepared.
