Cheap wrap around hand guards. I liked that the stickers did not come attached. They do have an odd fit, all 4 of my bikes have hand guards and these just have an odd fit, but they work

I gave this brand and style of hand guards a try for the first time, and they were perfect for the smaller pit bike I was installing them on. The aluminum bar itself is a bit lighter weight than with the more heavy duty sets, but more than adequate for a lighter bike in a crash, and offers plenty of strength against tree branch "attacks" when riding. The plastic parts of the hand guards are shorter than some others, but wider up and down, so the hand and knuckle protection may actually be better than some of the more expensive versions. The plastic parts of the guards are not molded over the aluminum bars like many, but instead screw in place on the aluminum main bar. This would make it possible to replace just the plastic part itself if broken, but I do not know if they are available separately from the seller or not. The clamps are a good quality aluminum, and come with spacers so they can be mounted on either 7/8" bars, or 1 1/8" bars as needed. all hardware is provided, including the inserts for the bar ends. I found them pretty easy to install, but I have mounted many many hand guards before. You will need either grips with no ends, or you can cut the ends out of the old grips if they are closed end, in order to mount the plugs in the ends of the bars to attach the outside of the hand guards to the bars. The clamps on the inner ends are pretty straight forward, you just need to spend a few minutes jimmying things around until you are satisfied with the fit and position. Note that an SOME 1 1/8" bars it may not be possible to get a perfect even fit on the inner brackets due to the taper as the bars go from the 1 1/8" mounting area on the bottom of the handlebars to the 7/8" size of the ends of the bars where the throttle, grips, controls, levers etc. mount. This won't hurt anything, and if it bothers you, it is possible to take a file and change the inside radius of the provided spacers for a better match to the taper of the bars, but it isn't really necessary to do. The only reason I deducted a star from my review, is that I believe these should be listed as being for a smaller bike or a pit bike. I have a KLR 650 Dual Sport, a dirt bike that weighs in at over 430 lbs ready to ride, and I know these would be unlikely to survive a crash unscathed, and I don't think I would consider them for a big bore dirt bike of any weight either. For a smaller MX, or pit bike however, I think the lighter weight would be appropriate, and these would be perfectly suited for use on these bikes. A good looking, well made product that might just be ideal for a lot of bikes and riders, and it is a good price too!

Not an Acerbis, but solid protection for the price. the aluminum main bar is substantial, better than some other similarly priced guards. As with other such products, the fasteners feel like zinc coated pot-metal. I switched out the bolt on the grip end, and a bolt on the handlebar end with stronger stainless fasteners.I'm using these on a dual sport bike, not on a motocross bike, so this more for casual protection and tipeovers than for severe usage, and I think it will work fine for my needsMy bike is a Gen 1 KLR650, and I was able to install them without interfering with the tank or the windshield...not much room to spare, but it worked...
