First couple holes I was amazed, but then the rebar stopped stopped it every time. It was fantastic through the concrete, but I had to avoid rebar.

I drilled 30 holes through cement/rebar mesh. This one worked the best and fastest. Note: You need an SDS hammer drill for this drill bit. It will not work with a standard hammer drill.

I used this bit with a DEWALT Rotary Hammer Drill with Shocks, D-Handle, SDS, 1-1/8-Inch (D25263K), and this bit drilled a 4 inch deep hole in 30 seconds: what I couldn't do with a regular dewalt hammer drill with a regular concrete bit in 20 minutes of stand-still drilling.This product makes Boring holes in reinforced concrete fast.

I got this bit to drill into a 4" thick slab of concrete using a rotary hammer, in order to attach a 6x6" post anchor for a pergola. This thing is a beast! Highly recommended. Drilled 16 holes in 4" thick concrete with rebar and it went through like a hot knife through butter with no sign of wearing.
