After several months the strut was no longer working and going over bumps my van sounded like it did before I replace them. Since I replace them myself I called to let them know, only to find out that for them to do a replacement there would be a large shipping fee which is about the cost of the shock. That was shocking to me! Not only did I have to replace the shock which I did at my own labor and expense, I now had to also get another alignment which puts me into the ballpark of having had someone done it for me in the first place from start to finish. I understand all the points about this but if they would have shipped me a new shock at simply the cost of shipping, it would’ve been more palatable.
