Liked the color, but didn't like that one lace is frayed in 2 different places and ready to break only a few weeks into wearing them.

They look good, fit well and feel sturdy, I have high hopes for durability. Purchased for my 5 old son's hockey skates size 11Y.

I bought these for my '80s Vasque boots, and they're great laces that stay tight. Very bright colors that people compliment all the time. I'll keep coming back to Derby Laces!

My first impression of these laces is very positive! I have them laced up in my brown Corcoran jump boots and the Kelly green really helps liven up their appearance.The 72" length is a bit too short to use all twelve eyelets on these boots. I lace them up to the eyelets second from the top and that leaves just enough length to be able to tie them up. I suspect they'll stretch out a little after more use.The laces feel very well-made and there were no threads out of place when I opened the package. I also love that there are no aglets to get worn out over time!I'll edit this review with an update on their durability after I see how they hold up to a summer of motorcycle riding. But for right now, I'm very happy with these laces.LONG-TERM UPDATE: After three years of regular use these laces are still going strong!They're still being used with my riding boots and they've gotten soaked with everything from hot motor oil (don't ask) to freezing rain. Countless hours of riding and walking and they're showing no signs of fraying.These are truly a high quality product and I plan on buying a few more sets to have on hand.

Good color. Seem like good quality. My skates have a strap at the top that holds laces even if they happen to untie, so I can't really speak to how well they tie/knot.
