I purchased this item (Delta number: RP250) specifically because it is a Delta replacement part and it is made of "BRASS" according to Amazon notes of this item. It is NOT BRASS everyone , it is plastic.I should have read the June 22, 2021 one star reveiw who graciously shared the same frustration.Why does Amazon continue to list the Material of this item as "Brass" when it is inferior plastic?!? Let's see if Amazon actually changes the description..

This was an OEM part that fit exactly on my Delta faucet! I’ve tried another non-OEM part at budget pricing that do NOT compare (e.g., fraction of an inch off) to the original manufacturer part! Do yourself a favor and eliminate the headache as I have underwent, and don’t buy other similar-to-OEM part at budget pricing! I will be buying from this company again.

This is a great price for these adjusting rings for repairing Delta Faucet's, Kitchen or Bathroom. if the old one is cracked or stripped from constantly repairing drips, this adjusting ring is needed or you won't be able to stop a leaky Delta Faucet. You won't be able to get it cheaper at any other place, based on my experience or any faster, internet or building supply store.
