Was getting low pressure at the fuel rail, but regular pressure from the tank pump.Replaced it with this pump and has been working so far.

Purchased Delphi HM10010 New Mechanical Pump. The pump didn’t work. I paid 229.00 plus tax. When I returned it, I received 196.79.The product didn’t work so why am I not receiving total payment.
