when the hot faucet is turned on halfway with cold running the faucet makes a shuddering shaking loud noise, very unusual, i have had three chicago faucets for fifty years and this has never happened before.

Had to turn close to half a turn for water to come on. & The hot stem caused a loud vibration

Works great! They should reference a cross over from Chicago OEM number. It took awhile to find this valve. Better than original.
