フランス製の標準的なリードを使っていましたが、価格が高騰したので、いろいろ探し絵見た結果、アメリカ製のこのリードにたどり着きました。フランス製に比べると耐久性が低いという話もありますが、あの つややかな 明るい音色にはまりました。そしてまだお値段もお安いのでとても気に入っています。

El pedido llega como siempre a tiempo y en forma. Me gustan para tocar jazz. Son muy cómodas y con un sonido no tan brillante pero con buen color. Me gusta la resistencia que ofrecen. Las Medium Soft son equivalentes al 2.5 de Vandoren

Ya sabemos que esto de las cañas de saxo es una cosa muy personal, pero para mí, de todas las que he probado hasta ahora son las que más me gustan. Tienen un sonido un poco "oscuro" y jazz era que me encanta. El envío súper rápido y llegó antes de lo esperado aún viviendo en Canarias

30+ years experience playing sax. Awesome reeds. One of my favorites and low cost! Great purchase once again.I've tried nearly every read at some point. There are a few I may slightly prefer, but in the end these are half the cost and have a great tone on my large tip hard rubber mouthpieces. These are magic on a vandoren jumbo java a45/a55If I switch to a beechler bellite 7, or a arb metal 6, I have settled and prefer a Vandoren green Java 2 to both ease playability a bit, and gain some slight edge.

The music store guy sold us cheap medium hard reeds and the kids had nothing but problems with them. I found myself researching reeds into the wee hours of the night and decided to give these a try. Talk about night and day. The kids found these easy to play, very little squeeking and the high D was easily playable. My son went from frustrated and complaining that he hated the sax, to giggles and smiles everytime he hit the octave key. A good reed can make all the difference in the world.

Been using La Voz for over 30 years (& sometimes Hemke), on tenor, alto, & soprano, and they work for me. As David Sanborn had once said, they have "heart" & I would say further, they help my playing "sing"... And these days, there's so many different brands & styles & grades, etc, I'd go even crazier (& broke) constantly searching for something better, so I stick with La Voz. Now, if they ever invented an artificial reed that could sound just as good as a cane one, well, then I'd switch....

I purchased these in September when my daughter started band in the 6th grade. They seemed fine, but we really didn't have anything to compare them to as she was a beginner. When she ran out, she bought 2 Vandoren Paris reeds from the school, 2.5 and 3. When she tried these she did nothing but squeak. I don't know if just because she was used to these or she got some bad ones, but I am reordering these. After this box, I will try the 3's. I recommend these.********update*******Purchased the number 3 in the spring 2012 for my daughter. As per a suggestion I found on the internet, I had her play all the reeds in the box and had her mark them according to how they play. Most of them were good and there were a few that were fair, but from what I read this is quite normal. So I am still quite satisfied with these.
