Ordered this for a project to do with my 4 grandchildren when they were staying with me for a week. Thought we would each do a couple of rows and at the end of their stay we would have a pillow memory. I am 65 and remember latch hook kits when I was a kid. Things have changed and not for the better. Canvas was poorly marked with color changes. They provided a paper grid making it more like counted cross stitch. And then they did not provide the proper amount of yarn bundles. I have 1 extra gray and short 2 blue. Talk about a failed project before you ever start. Companies should be embarrassed to sell this as a craft project and then charge $20. I guess the joke is on me the stupid consumer. I am trying to get a replacement sent since grandkids arrive tonight but my hopes for this project are low.

I've never done a pillowcase, so out of curiosity I counted each row to see exactly where I need to start. It's just a few grid squares too short all around and it's a 70x70 cross stitch. it's not going to look like the picture since the pillowcase is too small. I'm sure it'll still look fine but it makes it challenging to choose what I want to be missing to make a full pillow. I would love to not have anything missing since i purchased it assuming I could do a full picture but I'm also thinking all of the pillows will be too short and an exchange wouldn't be worth it

Lots of color changes made this project fun and challenging. The canvas was only one row shorter in both directions, so I didn't lose a significant amount of the picture. I'm very pleased that it looks exactly like the picture in the listing. I bought this one mainly because it had the pillow backing with the zipper, which I feel is good quality. Would take a picture but it's already wrapped up for Christmas.

Despite a bit brighter colors than advertised,I enjoyed hooking this little pillow. Nice quality and you can see on the picture ( left from the pillow) you have enough yarn to finish it ,even good amount of leftovers.So if you aren't into cartoon characters on latch hook kits ,it might be an interesting one to work on. Recommended!
