Real granite! Very pleased! Some people said it wasn’t very sturdy, but in my opinion, it is solid as a rock! The doors are even, which was another thing I was worried about, and it fits the small trashcan that we will be using it for! All we did was leave the shelf out! I did replace the handles by filling in the holes with some wood filler so it would match our other counters a little bit more. Very happy with this purchase!

Made from low quality MDF, but it is quite sturdy and stable. Easy to assemble and easy to move into place.

I bought this beautiful cabinet because it matched my cabinets perfectly. It is a gorgeous cabinet, with a lot of space. It has hardwood in a lovely cherry color. The drawer is perfect for storing potholders or towels. I would not put silverware in it though, as it doesn't seem to be able to hold the weight. The lower space is nice and roomy with a finished wood shelf. I store all my small appliances in it. The bun feet gives it an elegant furniture feel to it. The top is natural colored butcher block. It also has 2 towel bars and really nice hardware. I found it very easy to assemble. I keep my microwave oven on top and it is nice and sturdy. I am so happy with my purchase.

I love, love, love this island. It is just the right size for my kitchen. It was packed extremely well and arrived in perfect condition. Putting it together was easy (as put together things go) and all pieces fit together perfectly. It was a little bit wobbly (possibly due to the weight of the granite) and we were concerned that if someone bumped into it that it might cause a break in a joint somewhere, so my husband reinforced it on the inside of the cabinet and now it is as sturdy as can be. It's nice to have the extra drawer in my kitchen now too. Overall I really do love this island. It looks like we spent way more money for it than we did. It's a beautiful piece of furniture.

DELIVERYThe item was delivered as expected and within the delivery time frame, so there was no issue with regard to delivery.Everything arrived in their designated packages and was correctly labeled, FOR THE MOST PART, except for one piece which did not have a label BUT I was able to figure out where it went.If you have an extra pair of hands for help, that will definitely aid you in getting this item put together.ASSEMBLYOne person can put this piece together solo, however, two pairs of hands will be better than one in this regard.Everything is properly labeled and packaged. There are a fair amount of pieces, screws, bolts, etc., so be as organized as possible and be patient.LOOKThe piece looks great - a lot better than I ever imagined it would - if you are into the classic cherry wood look and feel, then this is definitely right up your alley. You will have the option of using actual wheels, which gives this item a "catering" feel to it, or wide wooden "ball" supports, which in my estimation look good and will not mark up your hard wood floor, if you have one.FEELThe item has some real deal weight and feel to it - it does not look cheap, nor does it feel cheap. All the metal parts, such as the towel holders, have a charcoal type color to the steel which I believe looks great.This item complements my wood shelving which I mounted in my kitchen for aesthetic and added storage space.PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THIS PIECE DAMAGES AND GETS MARKED UP EASILY - As an example, my mother-in-law attempted to aid my wife with putting away some cookware; she accidentally dropped a couple of items onto the lower face of the furniture and damaged the base and right door (indentation and scuff marks) - be mindful and be careful.I highly recommend this piece.
