Unfortunately my Cricut 2 explore would only recognize the cartridge but wouldn’t let me link it.So I had to go through Cricut customer service to let them do it. But once it was done did not know where it was finally found it in new project >images> purchased. So you tell me should it have taken all of that to use my purchase?

I do like the cartridge however it arrived in an opened/cut plastic container and the "new" packing tape around the cartridge was missing. It was definitely used and not new. I kept it because it appears to work OK. I'm glad that I didn't buy it to give as a gift.

More ways to make cards! I don't have a die cutter, so this cartridge has expanded my ability to make cards with frilly edges.It has more than one option for each card. You can make A2 size cards which I have envelopes for, but the real plus with the cricut is you can make different sized cards. I have enjoyed making some very pretty cards with this cartridge. You will need an universal keyboard pad with this one. It has a small booklet with cartridge. There are 3 basic cards with different options, 7 layered borders, 10 layered phrases and 30 layered images. An good addition to card making equipment.

Purchased this cartridge a while ago but, as usual, things happen & life gets in the way of crafting, so I was not able to use it right away! Now I'm able to give a review! The images are nice, not as much of a variety as I would have liked but the ones that are on the cartridge are nice. The problem I have with the majority of the Cricut cartridges I own, especially the Anna Griffith cartridges. Most of the designs/images are a real pain to size! Usually, when I program a "size" for a specific design, I'm in need of the width...not the height so much! So if I have a card that's 5 inches wide I want an image to fit the space but instead I get it in height, so my image was indeed to be 4 inches high but about 6 inches wide and was way to large for the card I happen to be making! This happens each and every time I use any of the cartridges. Now I buy cheap, crummy paper to do test runs before I use my good paper! Each time I cut out an image, I now put it in a folder so I will know how large the designs will turnout! Its just unreal that the designers of these expensive cartridges can not give you measurements in the little pattern books that come with some of the cartridges. This company seems to keep eliminating information with their cartridges but raising the prices! I don't see any thing wrong with a detailed book of the designs that includes measurements. It would save a lot of waist and extra work and time! The universal overlay is just crazy! The print must be for people with perfect vision, not for those who wear glasses! I wear glasses and still need a magnifying glass to see the settings for the designs on these new improved teeny tiny booklets and universal overlays!! Just because they are into the computerized machines doesn't mean they have to cheapen their products for those who don't use one! I have complained to this company and get weird replays that have nothing to do with what I complained about. I have also tried to complain to the Anna Griffith company and they just ignor complaints, completely! You would think Anna Griffith would stand by their products! Not only is there a problem with sizes, there is a problem with the designs! Some turn out not to be what that are shown to be at all! They show a design then when it goes to cut it...it's totally something different or it's nothing at all!

The designs on this cartridge are magnificent! I did have to order the universal overlay to better see how it would cut the design on the Cricut. It really helped.
