This item was very poor Quality and the metal is very thin. Probably would crack on the first time using it. I had to return this and purchased a Milwaukee Brand Ground Rod Driver and although it did cost 3 time the price the Quality of it was very good. So save your money and go with a different brand. I do not recommend

Bought this to drive 6' ground rods for electric fencing. It fits my Milwaukee SDS and seems to work well. It's a pretty simple device, so hopefully it holds up without cracking.

This driver, attached to a good quality SDS hammer, will make quick work of a very laborious task. I've driven more than my share of ground rods for myself and other ham radio operators and believe me, if you are going to drive even one ground rod (and you already have a SDS hammer) then this is worth every cent. Spend a little on this driver and save your back and your time.

Was going to have to drive a couple ground rods and i already had a rotary hammer drill, this device made quick work of driving them the full length. Saved me time.
