This product is a worthless piece of JUNK! This is totally worthless. I have fletched arrows for 50 years and this is pure junk! I was hoping to save time fletching three vanes at once. NOPE, back to my dependable Blitzenberger.

Easy to use and inexpensive. I have fletched two dozen arrows with it so far and no problems. Not a super high quality fletching device but it gets the job done. Will buy again.

After years of using the dial o fletch I thought that I would try this to speed up my fletching. But this fits so sloppy that it is nearly impossible to get perfectly fletched arrows or bolts. Fine I guess if you don't care about accuracy but I do. Just not anywhere as good as the Blitzenberger Dial O Fletch jig!

Always wanted to try this rig and finally made some time to re-Fletch my old Beman 400's. The overall quality of this tool is what allows me to give it 5 stars. Adhesive doesn't stick to the vane mounts which makes for easy maintenance and the accuracy of the fletch positioning is pretty darn good. I'm not a competitive shooter and would expect that a competitor might want a different jig set-up but this thing is perfect for my use.

If you are buying this on Amazon, be sure you are getting the model you want. This is the Carbon Straight (SKU CS-1) version for carbon arrows 5/16" and smaller in diameter, and is dark blue with a light blue cock feather arm. I use 9/32" arrows, so it works for them (Easton Carbon Aftermath and some discontinued ST Excels, both with H-nocks). It does provide about a 1 degree offset, which is not the same as helical. If using feathers, you should use right-wing feathers to match up with the offset. This will spin the arrows slightly clockwise. Check the Arizona E-Z Fletch web site to see the whole EZ-Fletch lineup if you need something different- the listings on Amazon don't always specify what each model will do and what arrows they'll work with.It will work with blazer vanes, but I use 4" feathers. I've done a couple-first I've ever fletched, and found that if I follow the directions and release the base so that all three arms fold up against the shaft simultaneously they don't line up correctly. So instead, I manually lift each arm and place it carefully against the shaft, then place the cap on. The results are very nice. I used fletching tape, and that worked very well. The feathers will be 1" from the end of the shaft. If you want them farther toward the point, just slide the feathers/vanes further up the slot. If you want them closer to the nock, and you have friction fit nocks, just pull the nocks out whatever amount less than an inch you want the feather/vane to be positioned. Minor adjustments one way or the other are more aesthetics than performance. There's a trick for putting feathers in the slots, which is covered on the company's web site.In my opinion, the price is very high for what you get- all cheap looking, loose fitting plastic except for a few metal pins, spring, and D ring. Half the price would be more reasonable, but at least it does a good job, so you're paying for performance, not quality. As I noted, the alignment of the arms is not precise at all on mine, but with the workaround, you can still get a nice fletching job. Five stars for results, three for quality, we'll call it four stars.
