Excellent. Does not take up much space, but does everything. Made best chicken tenders ever!

Cosori Air Fryer Review5 stars if food tray were stainless steelAfter quite a bit of air fryer research, reading reviews, watching YT videos I decided to get my first countertop appliance air fryer combo to replace my toaster oven. Already a user of the Cosori 7 tray dehydrator, which I love, I decided to make the purchase.I wanted to test the various modes of cooking that I would be using the COSORI Air Fryer Toaster Oven Combo 12-in-1, 32Qt Convection Oven for before leaving a review. My main purpose for the purchase was my love of chicken wings and wanting to make them easily at home. Please read review to the end on how I alleviate the clean up issues that many left negative reviews about. I have never had an issue with splatter or smoke. The ample interior allows me to use cookware I already have. As the toaster oven was to go in a corner of the countertop β I had to have ample clearance underneath the upper kitchen cabinets, which is why I chose this model. Because it is a corner placement there is ventilation behind the oven and at the sides. I do not find any noise while cooking to be an issue, and it is only heard in air frying mode.Air Frying. I enjoy Asian flavor wings β and in my first batch used the recipe book, pg. 23 Korean wings. Following the instructions exactly, my first attempt yielded delicious wings, but they lacked crispiness. There are two ways to resolve this and make more crispy wings. One can simply move the wings to the top rack and broil for a few minutes, turning once, before serving. OR add one teaspoon of baking soda to the recipe itself, a tip I learned from one of my favorite chicken wing aficionados.Toast. Ensure you remove all trays except for the wire rack and the crumb tray underneath the bottom element to ensure the bread will toast evenly on both sides. Adjust the timing as desired, sourdough bread seems to toast slower than other breads.Baking. On page 130 of the well done recipe book I followed the orange/lemon pound cake and it turned out perfectly, following the recipe. I have since baked other quick breads, potatoes, flat breads and more β and I am impressed with how quickly the countertop oven preheats to 350 as compared to my large oven. An empty nester, I foresee only using my large oven in the future for dinner gatherings vs meals for one or two people.Pizza. Tested a store bought thin crust pizza and it came out as I had hoped. My negative comment would be that I would rather the food tray be stainless steel vs. coated with a chemical I would not want my food to touch. If I were to make the meatballs found in the recipe book I would use the silicone mat in the food tray, as parchment paper on the broil function could be hazardous. Also, the recipe book mentions canola oil β which is an unhealthy oil. I use avocado oil, which also has a very high smoke point. To address those who do not care for the cleanup when air frying silicone mats with a ledge may be an easy solutionβ¦Inside the food tray place a silicone Dry Mat with ledge used in Cosori dehydrators. To prevent grease from splattering while air frying wings, pour some water in the tray (tip learned from a YouTuber Tom Horsman). When pulling out the air fryer basket to turn the wings or check on doneness, simply place a 2nd mat over the gap between the door and the appliance β to prevent grease or crumbs from dripping in the hinged area. Be careful when removing as the tray will be hot! This has made clean up a breeze. Be aware that the silicone mat will become discolored.https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B2D3Q513?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1Images: 1- first attempt at wings - lacked crispiness. 2- Crispy wings. 3. Air Fryer set up with silicone mat in food tray below basket. 4. Toast 5. Baked quick bread - perfect.

It's a lot smaller than expected, basically an over priced toaster oven. Works well, just over priced

We specifically purchased this item for the accessibility feature with Alexa as my mom is blind and unable to use the standard digital models that are so prevalent on the market today. The product description on this oven started it's is a 32 qt size and Alexa enabled; however, what she received is a 30 qt, non-Alexa enabled item. We confirmed that the product model number matches the one in this description.

We love this toaster oven so much that we bought the newest version, but the top heating element stopped working in the 11th month (it happens. Sometimes you just get a lemon). We reached out to Cosori customer service, who replaced it after we provided a quick video. We will remain loyal Cosori fans!

I was under the impression that Cosori is on the market for good-quality products. Now this air fryer proved me wrong. The Good:- Nice Design: It looks great on the countertop and fits well in a modern kitchen.- Intuitive Controls: The interface is user-friendly, with clear buttons and settings (I always appreciate that at Cosori)- Decent Accessories: The included utensils are practical and functional. The Bad- Cheap Build Quality: The materials feel thin and flimsy, and the door is made of single-layer glass. The fan is weak, placed on a side (not on top like a normal air fryer) and doesnβt circulate air effectively.-Poor Insulation: Heat easily escapes due to the lack of proper insulation plus there is no seal around the door, leading to uneven inside temperatures, wasted energy and longer cooking times.- Safety Hazard: Due to poor or no insulation, the outer surface can reach extreme temperatures of over 250Β°F (door) and over 200Β°F on the metal surface, making it dangerous for households with children or pets. Its performance and safety concerns make it hard to recommend.
