When I opened this up there was a rattling inside the machine. I opened it up and found a small silver metal block just loose inside and no obvious place it had fallen off of. I still don’t know what it goes to, but the machine seems to still work without it. So far anyways. It’s a bit of a concern but it hasn’t been a problem yet.Apart from that issue, the sealer has been great. It seals and embosses a track along the bag of various materials. The instructions are terrible, but it’s not too hard to figure out.Overall, solid commercial style heat sealer. No complaints.
