My Loving wife saw me frustrated with my old brew system and, as an early birthday present, purchased a new system!! Well, with little knowledge she purchased the 120v 1650watt system… great system, won’t knock it at all… BUT I was already wired for a 240v system. I was able to work with Team Clawhammer and Emmet to facilitate an upgrade from 120 to 240v…. Paying for the cost difference of course. IF you are in a position to get your brew station wired for 220vac …. DUDE… you GOTTA do it! I filter hot water from the water heater at 108 F… a mere 19 minutes took 6 gallons to a no kidding FULL rolling boil!! The quality of their systems can’t be beat, highly impressed! Hats off to Team Clawhammer! Thanks Team

Fast delivery was a plus for me. Setup out of the box was simple. Already brewed a Citra Hops Session ALE one day after delivery. Maintaining a perfect mash temp is very important for me. And Clawhammer controller did a great job after l use its PID self auto-tuning feature. I was able to achieve a mash efficiency of 72%, As per the Brewfather app. Easy clean-up with the proper heating element brush. 👍 Very satisfied with this System. DVCme

I ordered this brewing system after watching their YouTube videos for some time. The package shipped and arrived at my door within a week. I used their assembly YouTube as a guide for assembly and put the whole thing together in under an hour. I would encourage anyone assembling to first put it together, make sure there are no spare components, then disassemble and wrap all connections with heat-resistant tape (included) before reassembly. Emmet also made himself available via email to make sure I had everything I needed on build day. Overall: Putting the brewing system together and the accuracy that comes with electric brewing I now feel like I have much greater control over every aspect of brewing. Cheers to Clawhammer Supply.

Fairly new home brewer here. I started off much like any newbies. I bought a kit, then slowly upgraded. Once I was comfy with the process and really developing a passion for home brewing, I started following YouTube channels, looking at products etc. What I really love about Emmet, Kyle and the staff is that not only do they use their own product, but they are honest, down to earth, admit their screw ups and showcase their successes. I was hooked on their product.When the time came to order, they had sold out. They kept in touch with us who ordered and were anxiously awaiting their product. As with any small business, mistakes can happen, and in my case, it did. HOWEVER, I emailed them on a Friday around 5:30 PM EST and by 7PM, Emmet had replied and assured all was going to be taken care of. He kept in touch throughout the whole process, and I am pleased to say that I have over 5 brews made with their system and it's OUTSTANDING!!! High quality, great products, good teaching videos, and SUPERIOR service sets this apart from all the other BIAB out there. I really cannot say how happy, pleased, and how great the overall experience was with the CHS team.Since then, I have also invested in some of their other equipment and it's fantastic. I cannot recommend them enough. I consistently post how happy I am with their products and no, I don't get any benefits from them for touting them so highly. Just a big fan.
