Loved the boot, nice style and color. I usually wear an 8 or 8.5. I purchased a size 9 so I could wear my thick socks and they were just too short even without the socks.

I’m writing this review only because I was so blown away by my experience with this product. I bought these boots for a few reasons especially for them being water resistant. I wasn’t sure I believed it but it was true. I jumped ankle deep in sand/water on a South Carolina river and immediately jumped out to find my socks remained dry. I couldn’t believe it. Recommend this product! They are high quality, comfortable, fit to size…and water resistant. Definitely backing this company now.

Love these hikers. They're so comfortable with a good arch support and just the right height. I haven't hiked in them yet, but I see no reason why they won't work out well and don't even need to be broken in first. I did order up half a size and so glad I did because I needed that extra little bit of room in the toe. I highly recommend ordering 1/2 to 1 full size larger than you normally wear. They look nice too! The only thing I wonder about is the clean-up after hiking. They are mostly the suede like material that most hikers are made of so I guess I'll just have to trust that they will clean up okay. The sole grips well and should do well climbing up hilly trails. I got them on sale at a really good price.

I've had these boots for just over a year now and use them about once a week on average for approximately 3-5 miles of hiking on average. Waterproof is good, my feet stay dry as long as the water is below the lace. Support and grip is good, I can wear them all day comfortably without that "I need to get these shoes off my feet" feeling when I walk in the house after a day out hiking" and they hold up well when hiking on different surfaces and inclines.I had an issue fairly early on where it felt like one of the boots had a pocket in the sole and it would make a squish noise that I could also feel but that eventually went away.I love the ankle support and would choose hiking boots over hiking sneakers any day. Unfortunately after a year of regular use, these boots seem to have started breaking down at the point where the material changes behind my ankle and I'm starting to get blisters even through wool socks.

I work at a nursery. Even in the colder months I am working outside in mud, rain, light snow. Still watering plants here and there, and on my feet all day.These are so comfortable! I had about 5 pairs I tried on and needed to choose from- ultimately it was the way these fit that helped me choose. I typically wear a size 8W, so that's what I chose here. Ive got the wide feets, so if you got them too then you know- finding a comfortable pair of shoes or boots can be a challenge that often leads one to just give up. Not in this case.These are very lightweight- I don't feel like I'm lugging around boots. I feel light on my feet but sturdy and warm. And most important, my feet don't hurt at the end of the day. So far, these have remained waterproof and that has impressed me. I've been in light rain, drenching rain, light snow , mud and wore these while watering plants in the greenhouse. They function just as they say they do.I did not have to break these in. Good to go out of the box! Color is great, looks just as advertised.Happy with the purchase and hope they last me a while. Ive only been wearing them for one month, and they still fit like the day I tried them on. I'm hoping these will continue to perform and hold up during peak season, Spring-Summer, where I'll be putting them to the real test.

I originally purchased a size 8 1/2 in the black with purple laces. However, it was too snug (didn’t have room for orthotics or thick socks). So I had to return them for a size 9. But it wasn’t available in black, so I got the gray which works for the summer too.Tip: If you wear wide shoes, then order wide and size up half an inch.These hiking boots are very comfortable and lightweight. I purchased them especially for hiking. They grip pretty well on both flat and rocky terrain’s. Haven’t tried them through water and puddles yet. But they say it’s waterproof so we shall see.
