A little to big for its intended purpose - couldn't keep it from sagging too low, but that's on me. We did repurpose it as a camping rug and it works great.

I have used this shade after having several previous. This shade works perfectly for keeping the deck cool and shaded. It allows rain to flow through and is very durable. I have used for 2 summers and is holding up great.

The color and quality of this sail is really nice. In fact I had previously ordered a turquoise blue one and very satisfied with that one The size we ordered and quality was great. Because of that we went ahead and ordered another sale in red however upon receipt of it the dimensions were totally off and small. here’s where I have to say the company fell very short of good customer service and satisfaction!! I reached out through the proper means of Amazon to contact the seller and let them know our issue, waited the appropriate amount of time plus more.. called an 800 number on the packing slip, left message as advised, with no response!! We gave a very reasonable time for response— I even gave them wiggle room to maybe give us a little credit or coupon to re-order another sail-and we would keep the previous one which was small and put it somewhere else again no response. We just re-ordered another red sale and I then got an email from the seller, telling us to take a picture of the incorrect sized sale and send it to them. I sent a picture back to them again stating that we would be willing to use the smaller sale somewhere else if they would give us some kind of coupon or discount to re-order the bigger size. Didn’t hear back from them, we did order the bigger size after it arrived the seller gets back to us and says the only thing we can do is have you send the wrong size sale back and re-order it. OK just really not an attentive seller with timeliness and really working with a customer who has ordered three times from them. Hello seller I hope you read this, the sales are great quality very nice if you get the right size but your customer service for Waze short of our reasonable very reasonable expectations

We applied 2 shade sails for that extra decrease in temperature. Over an area protected on 3 sides, the heat generated on the patio was just too hot to sit out in.Now, my living space has increased and summer friendly.
