My USB C loading plug is now protected. On my original cover it has a dust cap, my 2ns cover did not have one, but Amazon had the the solution

I highly recommend these charger port plugs, if your case does not have one already built in. I was a bit skeptical at first because I read a few reviews that said they lose their stick. If you stick it to your phone and then put your case on, it won't fall off! If you stick it to your case, I can see how it would lose it's stick. Mine is under the case, and holding strong!

I constantly get metal dust in my ports. These plugs have stopped that. My first plug lasted about 3 months before the silicone tore. Which for the price, you can't complain about. I have a quad lock case on my phone. Which jeeps the adhesive stuck on. These probably wouldn't last long without being covered by a case.

I use this to cover the charging port on my earbud case. It seems like it has a good adhesive and is definitely more flexible than I thought it would be. So far, it has stayed covering the charging port, while the case has bounced around in my pocket for the last few days. I take my earbuds with me to work, and the case does not always get exposed to the easiest of conditions. Case in point, I have killed off two pairs of earbuds before my most recent ones due to debris and moisture exposure. Overall happy with the item so far.Sidenote, if you want to make sure anything with adhesive is going to stick to another object, make sure you clean that with alcohol or an alcohol prep pad and let it dry before you stick it on.

i work with concrete so even if my phone is just in my zipped up pocket, dust will manage to build up in it. no longer a problem for me with this, barely noticeable and is perfect for my black case. have had it for a week now and it shows no sign of coming off.
