I would buy a full soda stream tank refill adapter and take it apart if you need this component. (Not to leak) Plus others are adjustable when connected from the back/top side.

This item is misrepresented in the description. Soda stream requires an inner piston that is depressed to release the gas from the cylinder. This item’s inner piston is adjustable by screwing but fixed in that position (ie cannot be depressed.)Be more specific with your description and compatibility with devices/equipment.
