I had a Rockshox quick release through axle wear out over 10 years and I needed a replacement. This one works for a fraction of the price of the others.

This aftermarket thru-axle fits perfectly. I trust its one-piece no moving parts construction more than the quick release style the bike came with. And you can get it tighter. Lighter, simpler, and should be more durable.

The thru axle itself is good, light, but the hex socket was not machined correctly and it is very difficult to insert and remove the hex key from the axle.

Hasn't broken yet. Cheap but effective. Thread form looked nice and went in smoothly without binding. No concerns here.
