These large climbing carabiners are super versatile and really well built. The locking mechanism is smooth and easy to use, and I love that they have an anodized black coating that holds up great, there are minimal scratches and wear so far. Solid choice for climbing or gear setups.

Purchased several other models of this design and type by far this one is the best. The action is smooth strong with an excellent finish. Don't think you can go wrong with these.

Purchased to make a swing rope for a 40’ branch. These are great quality, light weight, easy to open and lock effortlessly. My grandsons said they look “Rad”! Great value, highly recommended

I have recently tested these climbing carabiners by JRSGS at my local indoor climbing gym, and they safely pull their weight with ease. They are strong, capable, light and easy to use, and have a unique quick twist clip spring system which is unique from other carabiners I've used in the past, many of which have a turn to eventually lock system. Once you get the hang of this spring twist mechanism, it is fast and efficient and I am not sure I would want to go back to the standard type of carabiner after this.I chose the black and red set of 4 carabiners, and it was a great deal for the price. I've seen one carabiner alone by brand names cost more than this set, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with these, they are just as good and because of their unique clip, I may not buy those other brands just because of their name anymore. 5 out of 5 stars.

The first thing I noticed was that the build quality seems very solid. The 4 carabiners were exact clones of each other with a beautiful finish. They have a UIAA certification to give you piece of mind that they will stand up to their task. The one handed operation and auto locking feature works very well and is quite smooth. They are constructed of 7075 aviation aluminum making them weigh in at just 3 ounces so nice and light but super strong and rated for up to 5,621 lbs. While I am not a climber I have many uses for these when I am out in the woods such as hanging a hammock or hanging your food to keep away from the wildlife. Very handy to keep in your kit.

Form and finish of these large, strong JRSGS asymmetric D auto-lock gate carabiners are flawless. Auto-lock mechanisms function smoothly and lock positively upon release. I navigated to and through the UIAA Website and verified that these carabiners (product #SGM7103TN) were in fact first certified on January 1, 2021 with certification current through the end of 2024 (certificate #CHN 20-5750).Rated 25 kN on the major axis (lengthwise) with gate closed the carabiners have a static breaking strength of 5620 lbs and they can handle dynamic loads well in excess of those generated by the fall of a climber. A relatively severe rock climbing fall isn't likely to much exceed 6 kN.According to my scale the carabiners weigh 3.2 ounces (90 grams), which is good for relatively large carabiners such as these (see picture relative to pen).I'll be using these carabiners while working aloft in the rigging and for general purposes around my sailboat. Based on my research, inspection and testing I'm confident that they will serve well.
