I removed two stars because this model is not suitable for women with large busts. I ordered size L, but it is too big for me on the shoulders and too small in the chest, there are folds on the back. Another model from this brand fits better.

Fits true to size. The colour is beautiful & the snaps are fantastic! They all secure easily & STAY secured. The material is lightweight and breathable. Looks very professional. Washes/dries easily in the machine.

The shirt fits me well, runs true to size but feels a little awkward across the upper bust; it is only slightly uncomfortable when I raise my arms.The fabric feels like good quality and the dye did not run when I washed it. I used a cool iron to remove wrinkles.I like how the front panels have princess seams and the snaps down the front opening are set in the right locations for keeping the shirt closed and laying flat against my curvy figure. The snaps close and open easily.I also liked that the seams are serged and the visible hem stitching is even.

This Chef Works Women's Durham Snap Work Shirt could have been a very nice addition to my spouse's wardrobe. In theory, its true to size and has a nice fit. However, something funky is happening in the arms and shoulders where the underarm seam is much too low. As a result, its very difficult to lift one's arms in this shirt. Any attempt to do so pulls the whole shirt up and exposes the belly button while bunching up in the shoulders. This is a very strange cut. I guess it might work for someone who literally works at a computer/counter all day, but if you will need to do literally anything where you lift your arms - like stretch, then its just a really bad fit.

This shirt is comfortable to wear and stretches with your body as you move. It's thin and doesn't trap heat, but still feels high-quality like moisture wicking fabric. The snaps make it easy to put on and take off. The snaps don't come undone easily, but definitely wear a tank or other shirt underneath it. The blue color is rich and dark.

I'm not a chef and I really don't even cook a lot anymore. But this shirt sure caught my eye!I love the way it's made. It really is a shirt that you can work in and feel comfortable. The mesh in the back gives it a bit of extra stretch. I get overheated super easily, so I'm always looking for clothes that will help keep me cool.I ordered 3XL, my usual size, and it fits well. I love that it snaps. My hands are very arthritic and buttons are problematic for me.The material is nice and it does help me to stay cooler as I go about my daily work. I checked it over carefully and found no flaws.When I first got it, I tried it on, of course. Then, to the washing machine. I followed the washing instructions and it came out well. There were no signs of fading or shrinkage.Overall, this is a nice, well made, cool, comfy shirt. I'm happy and recommend.
