These were super cheaply made. Feathers fall out non stop so we used them to make headbands for a halloween costume.

Joy on a string! I took em outside to shake the loose feathers off but some of them drifted back into the house. I don’t mind because they are like little floating pieces of joy that appear just when I need it 😍

Bought this VERY last minute for a halloween costume and thankfully it arrived within the two days! The color was perfect for the hair color of Thing 1 and Thing 2! Knocking one star off because as soon as I pulled it out of the bag pieces of feathers started coming off. I am still finding tiny blue feathers everywhere 3 days later. I did hairspray the entire thing twice just to try and keep them from falling out but it didn't seem to make a difference. The boa however did still look very full despite all the fallen feathers! Overall would buy again for a costume!
