I use this same bag in class so I know the quality is great. No complaints with product itself except that I thought it would come with the base plate (keeps it from moving around) but those are an additional accessory that are pretty procey. I use for kickboxing workouts. I prefer this style over the hanging bags as it is more stable.I was disappointed in the return process... My husband purchased for my bday gift but he does not use Amazon often so he accidentally duplicated the purchase.. We literally caught the error within 10 min as I get an email for purchases but it was already too late to return since it's a 2 day shipping item. Which is honestly hard to believe they couldn't stop shipment that early. This product is large and in odd shaped box so returning via UPS/Fedex was going to be $50+. The seller offered to provide shipping label for 15% of the cost ($30) but also states in returns that they charge a restock fee (15%).. We opted to gift to someone rather than return since we'd belosing at least $60.BUT, seems like this product does not need to be allowed on the Amazon 2 day shipping if returns are so costly/difficult.
