You're supposed to cut it to the right length then thread on the nut (not included... I used the nut from my old bike). It's just what I needed. Looks strong and wide. Bandsaw made the cut in less than 1 second.

Love the mount for a caliper built onto the frame. Very sturdy, I'm using it on a drift trike and I'm terrible at steering it. It preforms perfectly and fits a standard bicycle headstock. It is very long though so you might want to cut it tp size. I like where it puts the handle bars for the trike so I left mine long.
