I drink valerian tea all the time. Valerian often has a slightly stinky foot smell, which I'm used to and expect a bit of. This tea tastes disgusting and leaves a terrible aftertaste - like perfumey flowers and grass. It's not the valerian. I had to eat some chocolate to get rid of the perfume taste in my mouth. Going straight in the trash 🤮

I love this tea. It definitely helps me to sleep naturally through the night. I add organic 1/2 and 1/2 for a smoother taste.

I throw a bag in my glasses of wine. The flavor is OK. This tea lets me sleep later than I otherwise would. But I don't use it everyday.

Great for the value. Package was kinda a mess. Lots of loose shake of tea. Bags are not individually wrapped. But this tea does the job. Smells really nice. Hits about an hour after drinking.
