Bought to replace the broken clip on my golf bag strap. Works great without binding or any other issues. Seems durable and well suited to my purposes.

I have many sets of these. I use them on Dog leashes and other random things. for the leashes I remove the that middle gate part to make life easier. A quick twist with plyers and it comes off. These are quality, I trust them to work. My dog is 100lbs, I haven't doubted these at all.

I particularly like the locking feature. It works well on a dog leash. My only concern is the strength of the swivel.

I made a strap run in my SUV for a road trip with my doggo. I needed a secure clip that's easy to unclip and then clip and lock for travel safety.

I used these to make an ultralight leash for my dog while hiking. They work great. They look great. I really can't ask for more.

These are good for leashes or tie out ropes. When camping and needing to keep a dog on a line, but not wanting them limited. The locking bit means my dog has not managed to get it caught and get off like she has on normal carabiners a few times. I have also used them to hold up a hammock on either end and it worked well. really just as long as you have a roll or paracord or some nylon webbing then these are useful to take on a backpacking or camping trip.

I actually didn't have a specific use in mind when I ordered these, I just figured nice carabiners are great to have around. I'm impressed with the quality of these - they are heavy! They all swivel very smoothly. I've packed a couple permanently into my camping gear and one is attached to my hiking backpack. The last ones hangs by my front door, ready at a moment's notice for anything that may arise.

I have a 9-month old Airedoodle Indy who gets us out for lots of long and vigorous walks. Unfortunately, the connection point on his harness is just a little too small for the clip that is permanently attached to my favorite leash. To solve this, I decided to attach a separate clip to the harness to which I would then be able to attach the leash. Whatever clip I used needed to be strong and lockable while also being small enough to attach to the harness AND also have a swivel function to prevent the leash from getting kinked up.I thought I had solved my problem using a clip taken from this leash (https://www.amazon.com/NTR-Lockable-Comfortable-Walking-Training/dp/B0B8CWXHPW), but that was almost a disaster. While out on a walk Indy managed to get loose twice in 30 minutes by somehow unlocking what I know for sure was a "locked" clip. Disaster was averted thankfully, but I needed an immediate replacement. These clips have been great so far! The size and materials keep them lightweight while also making them perfect for the smaller size of the connection point on Indy's harness. Most importantly for me after my previous experience, the locking mechanism on these seems very secure and quite unlikely to accidentally disengage under regular walking conditions. It is also obvious at a glance whether they are locked or unlocked so I am now in the habit of giving them a check as we prepare for our walks.
