Arrived quickly. Build and function even better than expected. Does not get so hot as to be a fire hazard. Is pretty compact and a good value for the money. It is not noisy. May buy another for the back of the car.

What a piece of garbage!! Has 3 position for off / fan / heat. Switch will only move from off to fan and not to heat!! Not only that, it has no power at all to run fan. Junk!!

It works slowly, but needs a more powerful fan. I bought this as a temporary windshield defogger until I could get my car into the shop to have the vent selector actuator replaced. It worked for my purpose, but I don’t think it would work well to defrost a windshield.

I've had several of these over the years, and the basic design and performance hasn't changed in 40 years. Anything with a lighter plug power source doesn't move enough air or get hot enough to do much. It managed to keep an area the size of a volleyball free of fog right at the fan outlet, but that was it. The unit functioned as it was supposed to, but the design just can't deliver what most folks need. It sits on a shelf in my garage now.

Piece of garbage. Didn’t defrost my windshield and you could barely feel air coming out of it at all.
