This would fit a small child to an average sized adult. It's Velcro so you can extend the sizing for someone larger or lower it to fit someone smaller, but I wouldn't recommend this for someone with particularly large arms as it might be too snug. It's stretchy but not loose so it stays on.

The 'C' is big and the material overall is fine. My only complaint is that it is tight to fit comfortably on larger biceps. There should realistically be at least 2 sizes vs. pitching as unisex, youth and adult all in one.
