Received the new NVR and I was having issues configuring specific aspects to customize to our needs so I called GWA support and was dispatched to a tech named Jamie Joy, and OMG. Jamie was not only highly knowledgeable, she was also polite, patient, and understanding. I have dealt with tech support from other organizations. However, Jamie surely knows how to put one in their comfort zone while resolving any issues related to GWA cameras and NVRs. KUDOS to Jamie, GWA is lucky to have her on its team! Lifetime customer moving forward thanks to Jamie.

I have several of these units. All have been great, but this one had something go wrong. Alex at GW Security addressed the issue quickly and tried to fix it, and when it was not able to be fixed, they set up a swap for me so I didn't have to have any cameras down. I have had really good luck with these in the past, and its always good to know the company stands behind them!
