I’m new to the smoker cooking game. I used too many and got a very intense smell and taste from my meat. Operator learning error. I will be less heavy handed in my next meal.

I bought these because I was looking for pellets made with 100 percent mesquite and no fillers like most pellets, which these were. Bought 2 containers. They are very small, which I knew but the didn't last long. One container showed up broken. Will be looking for a different supplier to sell by the sack.

Great flavor for gas grill smoke box, smoltered perfectly. Didn't need much to impart a nice flavor on meat.
