Don't waste your money on these. Too bad because I think they look cool and could protect the pain but the quality sucks. They fell apart at the seams and I sent them back.

I decided after I ordered my Z06 that I wanted carbon black mirrors. Really on a whim, I ordered these to give me those black mirrors - in a sense. No one would touch the car as far as it related to painting the mirrors or even wrapping them. Turns out, the covers, once stretched onto the mirrors, gave a carbon fiber look which looked good with the other black features on the car. For the money, I didn't have high expectations but they turned out great. Would certainly purchase again.

Said covers were "universal" for C5, C6 and C7. May be OK for first two, but poor fit for C7. No problem with return, so no problem with service. Also have Novi mask for front end and fits fine, like it.

The material is porous in nature and reminds one of fish-net stockings. Further, the material is thin, cheap and un-padded and offers absolutely no protection to the mirror from road debris strikes. Given the fish-net design, the body color of the mirror shows through and is, therefore, useless as a black cosmetic enhancement to my Arctic white C7.The mirror bras I am familiar with are made of solid black layered vinyl with foam padding and offer reasonable protection from chips caused by road debris.
