I like the smooth surface. It is good for smash burgers. I thought that it would get hot at the handle since it is all metal but it did not. It makes smash burgers good as the other press I had was groved and this one is not. Glad I bought it.

I was excited to try it, and it worked perfectly for smash burgers. It’s strong, holds up under pressure, and keeps patties flat. Also great for keeping bacon flat on the grill. Great buy!
