Vous pouvez ajouter un morceau de papier sulfurisé pour éviter que le steak accroche au fond, ou encore mieux un peu d'huile d'olive comme ça il est déjà prêt pour passer à la poêle.La presse est très efficace, c'est un bonheur pour smasher les steaks comme je les aime.Enfin, le pinceau est plutôt de bonne qualité. Il est en silicone mais avec un axe rigide (en métal ?) ce qui est appréciable.

Este kit para hacer Smash Burgers es fantástico. Viene con todo lo necesario para lograr unas hamburguesas deliciosas en casa. La prensa para hamburguesas es realmente útil, ya que permite aplastar la carne de forma uniforme para obtener ese crujiente perfecto que hace que las hambuerguesas sean tan sabrosas. Además, la brocha para cocina me ha venido genial para untar un poco de aceite y evitar que se pegue la carne en la sartén o parrilla.Lo que más me gusta de este kit es que el aplasta hamburguesas tiene un tamaño ideal y no necesita mucha fuerza para hacer su trabajo, lo que hace que sea muy cómodo de usar. También es fácil de limpiar, lo cual es un plus después de disfrutar de una buena comida.En general, es una opción perfecta si te gusta hacer hamburguesas caseras y quieres conseguir el toque profesional sin complicarte demasiado. ¡Mis hamburguesas nunca habían salido tan bien!

Hochwertiges 4-teiliges Set für eine leckere Hamburger PartyDieses Set von Toskope bringt alles mit was man für eine gepflegte Burger-Session benötigt. OK ein Grill oder eine entsprechende Pfanne braucht es natürlich auch :-)Alle 3 Edelstahlteile sind sehr wertig verarbeitet und vermitteln den Eindruck das ich noch lange Freude an Ihnen habe werde. Sehr angenehm auch der Silikongriff am Burger Smasher. Das sichert einen guten Halt und im Zweifelsfall auch eine gute Isolierung wenn man das gute Stück mal auf der Grillplatte vergisst.Der Pattymaker funktioniert ebenfalls sehr gut und als zusätzliches Zubehör liegt auch noch ein praktischer Silikonpinsel bei.Alle Teile lassen sich sehr gut reinigen und natürlich auch in der Geschirrspülmaschine. Bei dem sehr guten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis gibt es von meiner Seite wieder einmal nichts zu meckern und darum auch gerne 5/5 Sterne und eine Kaufempfehlung.Lieber Leser, ich hoffe geholfen zu haben einen besseren Eindruck über dieses Produkts zu erlangen.

If you love grilling, this burger press kit is a must-have. The smash burger press creates the perfect patty every time, and the silicone brush is great for adding seasoning. I’ve used this on multiple BBQs, and it’s been a game-changer for making juicy, flavorful burgers. The wooden handle adds a nice touch, too.

I've gotten other ones in the past with a small lip on them but I much prefer this flat surface for a burger press. I haven't really used the mold much because when im smashing burgers I start with them in a ball typically. The burger press is of solid construction and gives you good control over smashing patties for that nice crust. Definitely recommend one like this over the other types that have a little lip around the edge. The surface is flat metal which also makes it a breeze to clean, no corners with stuff getting trapped that you need to dig out.

This is a surprising high quality burger press and patty mold. To be honest, I expected the mold to be made from lightweight aluminum or other "pot metal". Instead, it and the press are made from what appears to be stainless steel. It isn't food grade 305 or 316 stainless steel though since it is all strongly magnetic. It may be one of the other types of stainless steel like the type used for many types of knives. Regardless, the press and mold both work well.I started with 8 ounces of 80/20 beef (since fat IS flavor) and molded it into the ring by hand (photo 3). I don't think the mold will hold anymore than 8 ounces. Then I used the mold top to press the beef tightly into the mold and compact it enough to hold together well (photo 1). To empty the mold, It was necessary to invert it and tap on a piece of waxed paper (parchment would work, too). It needs a very smooth surface to stick enough to pull out of the mold (photo 4). It didn't release well on my rougher plastic cutting board. I also made 4 ounces patties. For some reason, they tended to stick to the top of the mold, so it was easy to peel them off with a sheet of waxed paper in my hand (photo 5).I used the 1/4 pound patty to test the press. I'm afraid I need practice with it, since I didn't really get a typical "smashburger". I suspect that the patties were already compressed too much by molding. I'll have to try again next time I have burgers, without molding the beef before smashing. Still, I believe the press is up to the job, it's my technique that needs practice.The silicone brush appears to be decent enough, but unnecessary for me and hamburgers. I don't put any sauces or anything that otherwise would use a brush for burgers. It will work nicely as a pastry brush, though. It has slightly smaller silicone strips that many brushes so it should be great for melted butter. I guess I could use the brush and the press to make grilled Texas toast!I don't know how well it will last long term, but it should be okay. I plan to keep both utensils clean and dry when they aren't in use. I'd say this is a good value-- if you get a coupon or sale it would be a great value.

I've never used one of these before. I've previously used various container lids or plates to smash burgers into form. Why I haven't ever tried something like this is a mystery I'll never solve. First off, the meat doesn't stick. I did pre-spray the surfaces with some vegetable spray before using it, but simple water might be enough. A thin spray of oil over the patties also helps.The burgers also come out the perfect size and shrink to bun size after cooking.The press is also a nice thing I've never tried before. I guess I'm still ok with a good sturdy spatula. One thing that this set is missing is a good cover to place over a cooking burger. Lids like the one I'm describing work like infrared reflectors and provide good even cooking. The press kind of works for this but not as well.The silicone brush isn't anything special, good for smearing barbeque sauce thinly for a glaze.

I got this mostly for grilling, but now it lives in my kitchen full-time. The press is heavy and solid—great for smashburgers, sure, but also weirdly satisfying for flattening grilled cheese or searing the hell out of bacon. The separate patty maker is surprisingly useful too when you actually want evenly-sized burgers and not the lumpy meat blobs I usually wing together.The silicone brush is just a bonus—I use it to butter bread or glaze things without flinging sauce everywhere. Everything cleans up easy and doesn’t feel cheap, which honestly surprised me for a 3-piece kit.If you like grilling, smashing things, or just pretending you’re a burger chef with your own food truck, this kit’s a fun (and actually useful) upgrade.
