Bought this carafe to keep water by my bed at night. Paper card that came with the carafe said that the glass was painted and to not store water in it for long periods. Didn’t wind up using it as I thought it implied that there is a risk of something seeping into the water. It’s a bit crazy to state not to store water in a water carafe. Is this supposed to be only for decoration?

I love this product. My husband and I like having a glass of water before bed, we also enjoy room temperature water the best. It’s perfect as long as you clean it at least once a week. The glass is fragile but we haven’t chipped it and have now had it for 2 months. The gray color is a bit darker but still bright enough to be able to see where your water level is at.

I really like this product! I use it for my mouthwash and it’s very sleek and stylish. The packaging that the decanter came in was so luxurious and the overall quality of the product is great as well!

But the glass is shorter than the bottle neck.. so it looks a little funky to me when I put the glass on top of the bottle (as a cup).. maybe it’s not supposed to function that way, in which case I got misled by pictures.
