This product came quick and was in pristine condition, but IT Does NOT work with iPad or iPhone operating systems. Again DOES NOT. Others made the claim that it does and it needs to be listed with this statement.

Looks good. But I’m having a real hard time connecting any device to it. No instructions. Like do I need a Bluetooth cord to hook it up by Bluetooth idk please help.

If you need a bluetooth printer you don't have many options. We needed something that was robust and didn't require regular changing of ink and paper for use in vehicles for truck drivers. It just needed to work. This seemed to be a good solution.But then come the addons:1. Its clear it doesn't come with a power solution, whether its an AC, lighter plug or battery, you have to buy it. No big deal but the printer is a brick without it. Also, if you're getting the case (I describe below) you need to make sure the plug you get will work with it. I had issues with the angle of the plug clearing part of the case.2. Paper - this is where we started to have issues. Amazon recommended rolls of paper. That's normal for thermal printers like this and I assumed that the printer would come with some way to load the rolls. I was wrong. You need a case to load rolls of paper- which Amazon (or even other sellers) doesn't recommend or even show you easily without knowing it exists. You have to search for part number Brother PA-RC-001 (which if you search on your preferred search engine you might find it cheaper). It can be bought here: https://www.amazon.com/Brother-PARC001-PA-RC-001/dp/B01BW45OHQ/. I assume you can use the case with the battery but I haven't tried.You can also buy sheets of paper that will work with the printer, without buying the case (which I bought elsewhere than Amazon - search LB3635 - or from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Brother-LB3635-Premium-Archive-ability/dp/B003O62546/ )We needed it to be nearly something where we didn't need to touch the printer to change ink, toner, or add paper and being rugged was a plus, so we needed the case.Also it seems like you can mount the printer with the case (there are arcane installation instructions for this with the case) but I haven't figured that out yet.Also, the printer and case both come with almost NO instructions. If you're running from an Android device I recommend downloading the Brother Printer Service Plugin which allowed me to use the Android print function. (I didn't have good luck with the Brother iPrint &Scan app).
