Having brewed things before this was awesome. Prehopped everything ready to go. I was thinking about making this with actual banana to make banana nut brown ale and i didn't have to. People who disliked beer changed their minds after trying this refreshing brew. Though I did not use the yeast giving and added a bit more sugar to raise the abv a tad. It is still a light drinkable beverage at 7%.

First time brewing BrewDeamon beer, but have some experience with Mr. Beer. What surprised me, was quality of the flat beer after first phase of brewing (10 days). Taste was delicious with a nice nut smell and ending, still the bitterness could be a little bit higher for an Ale type of beer. For the second phase (another 10 days) I didn't have priming sugar, but I used regular table sugar and added just a little lemon juice to fasten the process and get similar result as with priming sugar. Final result is amazing, nut ending remained and lemon juice added a little of freshness. Its quite good semi-product. I will definitely try another BrewDeamon recipe.

the one thing I liked the most about this one is that you get two can in the box the one its mentions in the description and a second can some amber ale. the only thing I it didn't come with is a second packet of yeast for when I wish to brew the second can.

I really had to talk myself out of giving this 1 star. The reasons why I bump this up to the 2 star rating is because the packaging is small and nice, the instructions are clear, and I found the kit very easy to brew.I'm a big fan of nut brown ale style beers. The low abv wasn't a concern for me when I was deciding if I should purchase this or not. After brewing, bottling, carbonating, and chilling I was really excited to try this beer. The flavors for a nut brown ale just aren't there. I've had other BrewDemon kits that I've made with friends and they've been pretty good. This was was just very disappointing and is one that I can't recommend.

The undamaged, unopen package was leaking fine One Step No-Rinse Cleanser upon receipt. When opened I found the contents covered in a dusting of One Step No-Rinse Cleanser & the package of cleanser had a small slit cut in it. I think I managed to retrieve @ 80% of the One Step No-Rinse Cleanser. This is the first time my order has arrived in an upsetting fashion.

Things like art, food, and fiction novels can be very subjective. A lot of people will rate an item based off their preferences rather than being objective. I will try to stay objective in this review. So the package is tiny.. wow is it small! Is this just specialty malt flavoring that I am supposed to added to my mash? I didn't see anything saying to do so.. so I just added it to two gallons of reverse osmosis + mineral filtered water. Results? Taste like beer! Smells like beer! Must be beer?! The ABV is a little low but at 9USD I couldn't pass up having something I could make small batches to hunt down off flavor in my big full grain batches. Turns out it was that I was using chlorinated tap water in my sanitizer >_So over all? 5 stars.. I love the small package. I love the ease of use. I love the price. If the price goes above 11USD I don't see it being worth the time at this ABV.Also, there is no priming sugar. That should dock a star.. but you can prime with table sugar and everyone has that, right? It does include sanitizer.. a lot... plenty to do a few batches at least.
